How does Posh Tots sizing run?
Our apparel runs true to size unless otherwise specifically stated.
What kind of shipping does Posh Tots offer?
- Free shipping via USPS First Class for orders over $150
- Shipping charges will be calculated via USPS Priority Mail for orders under $150
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date. If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you store credit. All sale items (marked down merchandise) are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.
If an out of stock item is ordered, Posh Tots reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered. Please note that an item listed as $0 is not currently available and we will be unable to fulfill that item.
SEASONAL RETURNS: During the 2022 Holiday season, we will extend our 14 day return policy to January 5th, 2023 for all items purchased as a gift. Final sale items (sale items, etc.) will remain final sale as well as Christmas themed products.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your store credit. Upon approval we will send you your store credit of the amount of your item at time of purchase.
If you order an item online and it is out of stock in store, we reserve the right to give a refund instead of clothing. If an item is listed as $0, the item is not currently available and the order will not be fulfilled.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. We offer flat rate Priority mail. Priority mail does not mean one day shipping, but 2-3 business days.
