Our apparel runs true to size unless otherwise specifically stated.
What kind of shipping does Posh Tots offer?
- Free shipping via USPS First Class Package for orders over $75
- Shipping charges will be calculated via USPS Priority Mail for orders under $75
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase of any full price purchase for store credit only. Any worn, washed or used merchandise is not eligible for return. Any promotional or clearance pricing merchandise is FINAL SALE.
Any personalized merchandise such as embroidery or engravings are FINAL SALE.
When a return inquiry is received, you will receive a pre-paid label via e-mail for any orders containing clothing, accessory or shoe items only. Any large toys, baby gear, etc, may be mailed back to us, upon approval, at the customers expense for store credit only.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 48 hours upon arrival for your return to be processed. Returns received throughout weekends or holidays may require additional processing times.
At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your store credit. Upon approval we will send you your store credit of the amount of your item at time of purchase.
If you order an item online and it is out of stock in store, we reserve the right to give a refund instead of clothing. If an item is listed as $0, the item is not currently available and the order will not be fulfilled.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. We offer flat rate Priority mail. Priority mail does not mean one day shipping, but 2-3 business days.
