How does Posh Tots sizing run?

Our apparel runs true to size unless otherwise specifically stated.

What kind of shipping does Posh Tots offer?

  • Free shipping via USPS First Class Package for orders over $75

  • Shipping charges will be calculated via USPS Priority Mail for orders under $75

  • Free Shipping exclusions may apply on large items such as baby gear and large toys.

  • Occasionally, our website will show higher than normal shipping prices. If you are seeing a charge more than $10, please email us and we will refund you the difference of any quoted price over $10. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase of any full price purchase for STORE CREDIT only.  Any worn, washed or used merchandise is not eligible for return.  Any promotional or clearance pricing merchandise is FINAL SALE.

Any personalized merchandise such as embroidery or engravings are FINAL SALE.

Any large toys, baby gear, etc, may be mailed back to us, upon approval, at the customers expense for store credit only.

If you order an item online and it is out of stock in store, we reserve the right to give a refund instead of merchandise. If an item is listed as $0, the item is not currently available and the order will not be fulfilled. This includes but is not limited to sales, sibling sets and holiday items.

Shipping:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 72 hours on the next business day.

*Shipping carrier and speed is chosen by the customer and cannot be changed once selected. Once the item has left our facility, the order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local brand of the carrier you chose for shipping.
